I had double jaw surgery w/ genioplasty a month ago. Because of my short upper lip I've been told that my lip incompetence might stay after surgery but my main concern is I show my bottom teeth too much. When my lower lip naturally closes my bottom teeth I see visible strain on my chin and it's unattractive. It's even worse when I close my mouth. Can chin fillers/botox with some lip fillers fix this?
