I’ve always had a “wide“ torso but I’ve had 2 kids and lost all of my baby weight.…I’m stuck with this pouch. I really don’t want A tummy tuck. I already have scars from a car accident (seen on my thigh) would I be a candidate for something less invasive ? I.e. Vanquish Vaser Liposuction Tumescent Liposuction Laser Liposuction Bodytite ?

Hello. Based on your photo, you have a significant amount of loose skin and abdominal laxity, particularly in the lower abdomen. Because of this, I don't believe liposuction alone or non-surgical skin-tightening treatments would give you the result you are looking for.
In your case, a tummy tuck would likely be the most appropriate option to remove the excess skin and improve the abdominal contour. It can also be combined with liposuction to further define the waist and surrounding areas, creating a smoother and more sculpted overall result.
I understand that you would prefer to avoid a tummy tuck, especially because of your previous scars. However, procedures such as VASER, BodyTite, or laser liposuction cannot remove the same amount of excess skin as a tummy tuck.
The final surgical plan would depend on an in-person examination of your skin quality, abdominal wall, and previous scars.
