I’m considering getting 2000 cc’s of fat put in my behind during a BBL, will that look right? (photos)

Taking Brazilian buttlift to the max is usually liposuctioning 5 liters and transferring 1500cc possibly 1700 cc per buttock.  2000 cc would be pushing it as some of the lipoaspirate is inevitably not used for transfer.  Look at before and after pictures to get an idea.  The results after initial loss of about 50% are permanent.  Find a BBL expert who performs hundreds of BBLs each year and has great reviews and great before and after pictures.Kenneth Hughes, MD, ABPS Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into.

Great question!  Although you seem like you would be a good candidate for a BBL, it is often times difficult to assess how your body will look afterwards.  The issue is the skin elasticity of the buttocks - it will only allow a certain volume of fat to be injected.  Often times surgeons will inject as much as possible to the backside, but if it starts to get too tight, the fat will start squirting out of the incision site which means the buttock cannot hold anymore volume.  Also if the buttock is too tight and the pressure is so high, you risk fat necrosis which means most of the fat will die off because there's just too much pressure for the fat to survive.  Therefore, it is important to understand that there needs to be a balance between going super big and safety.Best of luck and hope this information helps!

It is hard to say exactly what it would look like, however from your photos you seem to be a good candidate for liposuction  and body contouring of multiple areas. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. You would need a in-person consultation to determine how many cc's to transfer.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Fat transfer for buttock enhancement is popular beyond its efficiency.  More than 50% of the fat will not survive, and that which does may not survive evenly.  Large volume transfers have been complicated by fat embolism and death, so approach this operation very carefully.  It is an easy operation to sell to people because larger rounder butts are in vogue, but the procedure is expensive and may not provide what you are looking for.  The risk is not inconsequential.
