BBL & BBL Revision. What can I do to fix this? (Photos)

I had a BBL done 3 1/2 months ago and I want to know if I can really expect any more significant changes by 6 months? If not, can a revision or dermafillers correct my concerns? What can fix this? I still have a shelf (cant tell in pics but there are still big indents especially in left cheek) my butt is square, sags, and uneven in length and girth (right cheek is fuller), I want the projection to be more pronounced and my hips are huge now. My vagina is now uneven and my stomach is wrinkled. Edited to add: my vagina is now uneven - I can feel where the canula was inserted into the side that is larger. It's not shrinking down at all and I really don't think it's okay that the surgeon inserted the canula in there when it wasn't part of the surgery. My inner butt cheeks droop and the lack of projection, especially in the left cheek. It's significantly smaller than the right cheek.

Because you are only three months postop from BBL, indeed, you can expect more changes to come. Unfortunately, in the way of shrinking of the swelling, melting of fat, and less, not more, fullness and projection of the ensuing 6 - 12 months.

You are in good company with many others who had high hopes for BBL but instead received disappointing results (lumpiness, unevenness, lack of projection in the central and/or lower buttock, post-deflation sagging, fatty necrotic cyst or scar tissue, etc.) as most of the fat melts away. It is not quite as much the quality of the doctor nor liposuction technique but rather the quality of the procedure that is a large part of the problem.  Thus, going back for additional rounds of BBL most often produces the same disappointing results but at another financial loss.

Fillers, such as Sculptra and hyaluronic acids,  for augmentation of the buttock/hips are a rip-off, period!

Buttock implants, however, provide a more reliable, predictable, relatively safe, and permanent result, especially for adding projection to the buttock and often smoothing out lumpiness. Occasionally a lower buttock tuck may be advantageous for lower buttock fold asymmetries and/or sagging.  When considering buttock implants make sure that the surgeon is going to be placing the implants within gluteus muscles , (a.k.a. “intramuscular pocket”), and that they are using anatomically correct, oval-shaped implants, such as Stanton Anatomic ®️ implants. 
Please keep in mind that an extremely few number of board-certified plastic surgeons specialize in these buttock implants so be sure to consult with one that is reputable and experienced. Unfortunately you may have to travel long and far away from home to find this particular surgeon. Glad to help.

It is very hard to see all these issues on your photos, unfortunatelly. It looks that you have nice improvement alltogether, looking your before and after photos. We educate our patients that it takes 8-12 months for result of liposuction and, in particular, fat grafting to take, settle and mature. Only at that time surgery result should be evaluated and options for further improvement discussed. Fat tissue that is harvested sooner than a year after first procedure is not the best material for additional grafting. I would recommended patience and reevaluation in about 6-8 monts. Thank you for your question.  In your case, the main issue is skin laxity.  There is no amount of filling whether it be fat, Sculptra, or any other product that can fix the problem of skin laxity.  When the skin laxity is minimal, volumizing does help, and in your case, there is some improvement.  You have an unfinished product.  The best advice for you is to seek out an experienced surgeon who understands buttock lifting procedures.  You would benefit from a beltline lipectomy and a thong lift.  The incisions will heal quite nicely and will give you a much better shaped buttock.  Best wishes to you.

Nice posted photos but really hard to determine exact issues. Best to seek in person or virtual consult with... Expect fees for BBL Reshaping from $6,000-$10,000+++. I think re lipo of available fat and lipo reshaping of your buttock under ultrasound guided removal and re injection with specialized taping methods to conform inferior buttock. Plus add in combination injections of Radiesse/Scultra (10vials) to the surgery fir better projection
