In fact it is safer and better to undergo multiple smaller buttock augmentations than a single large one. There are no inherent limitations to how many rounds of fat transfers someone can have a period is unusual for someone to need more than two rounds of fat transfer if the procedure is done correctly. There is, of course, the issue of harvesting fat, which becomes at a premium if appropriate areas have already been treated successfully with Liposuction.
From what I’ve seen patients who have more than two rounds of fat transfer as a BBL end up, looking unnatural and caricatures like.
