A brazilian butt lift does just that, helps you achieve a more rounded figure with a smaller waist to hips proportion. Just as narrowing the waist enhances the buttocks, widening the hips also enhances the buttocks (and further 'narrows' the waist). 
Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon about your goals and learn as much about the procedure as possible since good BBL results are highly dependent on surgical technique (and patients following their post-op instructions).

You are a great candidate for liposuction of the back to obtain the smallest waist possible and then maximal fat transfer to the buttocks and hips.  The smallest amount I have ever transferred has been about 500 cc per buttock or about 1000 total cc.  My philosophy is to place as much fat as possible without causing fat necrosis or undue pressure.  I always anticipate that only 50% will survive, but frequently more does.
