Best BBL faja (butt in or out)?

Question

Is it better to have a faja with the butt out or in? I would think having your butt smushed by Afaja for months (even with the lighter material) could negatively affect the survival of the transferred fat cells?

A BBL compression garment should have tight compression on the abdomen or areas that had liposuction and NO compression on the buttocks or hip area where fat has been injected.  Therefore, a faja with a thong back or open butt area and high sides is ideal.

Follow your plastic surgeon's advice.  Plastic surgeon preferences for compression garments and length of time to wear differ.  I typically ask patients to use adjustable garments with multiple bands so that tension can be adjusted and the areas of liposuction are less likely to get a fluid collection. every plastic surgeon has his own postoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. Your compression garment should provide pressure on abdomen and not on buttocks in order to reduce swelling.  I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.
