Hello, thank you for your question. I understand your concern but it is far too early to determine what is your final result will look like.  Please give yourself more time, follow the instructions of your surgeon.  

Exercise can be resumed after 6 weeks post op. Fat that is transferred will be lost and gained just like all other fat.
