Tummy tuck post OP 5 weeks I have a seroma found by a ct scan and now have a open wound this morning a small wound opened and started draining it looks like puss my bigger wound hurts is draining a lot I change it 3-4times a day with a thick pad I'm so frustrated my surgeon says it not infected but it sticks I been packing the big one with gauze a big pad and tape

I'm sorry you are having this issue.  Wounds are frustrating and never heal as fast as we'd like.  It's not possible to tell if infection is present from the photos.  I would advise continuing to follow up with your surgeon regularly and communicate any changes or new concerns.

Cant tell if its infected without seeing you in person. I presume your doctor is giving you wound care. Check with your doctor regarding daily wound care to get through this unfortunate problem. When patients come to me with this problem each patient has to be evaluated and treated individually with a variety of options ranging from wound packing and dressing changes to further debridement and cleaning the open the wounds.
