How long after rhinoplasty can I have a PRP/microneedling treatment done?

It's been one month since my rhinoplasty. Is it safe to get a PRP/microneedling treatment? How long is ideal to wait? I was told to wait another month. It's not something urgent, so I could wait the ideal time.

Jaqueline, Reducing the size of the nose is something that takes a lot of experience.  I lecture regularly on ways to greatly reduce the size of the nose.  Take a look at the video below.  We have many ways to reduce the nose and make it smaller, less bulbous, and less projected.
