I had a rhinoplasty 4 months ago along with a frenectomy as my surgeon suggested it because I had a gummy smile. However, he said it will not change my smile but it’s better to do it because the nose job itself can lift my lip up and worsen my gummy smile. But now my upper lip rests down on my lower one more than I’d like and I was told it’s due to swelling but I’m not so sure anymore. Could it improve any more?
