Hello After deep searching I knew my nose deformity But now I’m searching for a good doctor to fix my problem I have open roof deformity with over resection of the bony dorsum g picture of flat nose A sort of pinched tip Up turned tip, I want highly experienced doctor to fix my nose So is fixing these problem easy or hard ?

It is possible to fix an open roof deformity.

An osteotomy will realign the nasal bones, closing the open roof and creating a natural-looking result. Patients with a reduced dorsal hump and osteotomies are vulnerable to mid-nose narrowing, but this is prevented by using spreader grafts.

Make sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon expert in revision rhinoplasty.

Difficult to evaluate your deformity on a single photograph! Also with your face cropped, impossible to tell if your result is ethnically appropriate. In the photograph, your result might be good or bad! So I can only discuss in general terms how the problems you describe might be fixed. The surgery is usually more challenging. An over-resected dorsum will usually require a graft, which can shift after surgery, distort during healing or become visible if the tissues are thin. Likewise, over-resection of the tip may require multiple cartilage grafts with the same potential problems. I suggest getting at least two consultations from appropriately qualified surgeons before making any decision.

Fixing an open roof deformity is pretty "easy" in that all it really requires is osteotomies/ breaking of the nasal bones to help close it. However, fixing of an over-resected dorsum is a little bit more challenging because you have to put something there to build it up, and so the question will be - what can we put there? Did you have your septum done as well? - if not, you may have a decent amount of cartilage left that can be used to build this area up. If not, you might be talking about other options such as rib.
