Inner nostril redness and broken capillaries visible - rhinoplasty - will this resolve? (Photo)

Thabks for your photos. I would recommend that you stop using the antibiotic ointment as I commonly see this cause redness with prolonged use. 
The telangiectasias may or may not resolve on their own. If no improvement after 6 months, you can pursue laser treatment to address the area.

Often antibiotic ointment application can irritate the columellar area and lead to persistent redness. The telangectasias may have been present before surgery, but can become more prominent immediately after surgery or sometime appear for the first time. In general, I would check with your doctor, but I recommend you stop the antibiotic ointment application and allow this area to settle down on its own.  Any persistent redness or capillaries can be treated with KTP laser or other similar lasers for additional improvement. Most often, redness and broken capillaries disappear, without treatment, within 3-6 months post surgery.
