3.5 weeks post op. I've noticed the inside my nose near the columella has broken capillaries and redness which are visible looking at my profile and give the impression of my nostrils being much larger than they are. I can also feel two firm lumps either side of the columella that has a cartilage like feeling. I've been applying the antibiotic ointment and took a course of antibiotics two weeks ago but the redness and capillaries don't seem to be settling. Any suggestions?
