I have smile lines and under eye lines and I'm only 19, how do I treat them? (Photos)

A combination approach will give the most improvement. Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eyes. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. There are a lot of options for improving the smile lines and this often means fillers for the lines themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. I understand your frustration. You are not imagining those lines and they are probably genetic. 
You could certainly treat them would be with dermal fillers. The results are immediate and long lasting. I can certainly understand your frustration. You are still fairly young. Those lines are probably genetic. The best way to address them would be with fillers: they're natural, soft, the results are immediate and can persist for up to 2 years!
As with all cosmetic treatments, especially fillers, make sure you consult with an expert in facial aesthetics, such as a board-certified dermatologist, to maximize results while minimizing side effects. Don't trust your face to just anyone. The skill of the injector is the most critical factor to helping you achieve the look you desire.
