What procedure is best for chubby cheeks, undefined jaw and fat pad under chin? (photos)

I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates but Kybella can be used as an alternative and needs to be combined with thermage/ultherapy/exilis or coolsculpting for good results. A chin implant can give more definition. Sometimes jaw surgery, liposuction or ThermiRF can also help further contour the face. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. These are separate issues.  Regarding your chin, you are going to get a variety of answers depending upon the surgeon's toolbox. My personal presence is for liposuction and a chin advancement.  Moving the bone forward not only tightens the skin but also the lax muscles in the floor of the mouth.  Chin implants cannot do both of these.  Caution with removing facial fat.  It can be done but what might look good at 33 may cause premature aging in the future. 

From the  photographs, there is a recessive chin profile along with fatty deposits in the neck. There are two fat pads located in the neck, above and below the platysma muscle. A surgical neck lift is required  to remove the fat pads below the platysma muscle, while  open liposuction is required to remove the fatty deposits above the  Platysma muscle. Consider a chin implant to help facial balance by augmenting the chin  which supports the soft tissues.  Chin implants are manufactured in a large variety of sizes and shapes.
