Hello slickCheek implants are available in a range of different shapes and sizes, they are mostly customized to fit a specific facial structure. Fillers such as Juvederm Voluma, Radiesse and RestylaneLyft are great alternatives to cheek implants, also fat transfer or injection can be done.
Temporary filler can be used. I you won't get enough symmetrical projection from fat. Based on more than 35 years experience you would do this best with silicone implants done by an experienced surgeon.
Dear slick21,you might be a good candidate for cheek augmentation with dermal fillers. I would recommend you to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Society of Plastic Surgery
Yes, facial contour and volume of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
You can achieve beautiful elevation of the lateral and middle cheeks with a filler like Voluma. I recommend patients stay away from implants because they can cause several short and long-term issues. Voluma is an excellent filler that can give you a beautiful and natural result.
It is impossible to say without an in-office exam, but I suspect a ZSO would not be needed. Cheek implants come in various sizes and can also be customized. See out a consult with a board-certified surgeon. Best wishes.
Your cheeks can be augmented using long acting fillers, the injection of your own fat, or a permanent improvement with the placement of silicone implants. There are advantages and disadvantages of each so consult with a surgeon who uses all of these techniques.
Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers, silastic facial implants (cheek, chin), liposuction and/or facelifts for over 30 years. From the photos, your cheeks are flat in the front and there is some excess fat in the lid face. I do not agree with in-fracturing of the zygomatic arch as a method of cheek augmentation. The arch is a separate bone that when fractured has no direct impact or ability to shape or change the shape of the cheek bone itself. Following my facial beauty principles, men look chiseled and handsome with angularity in the cheeks, chin and mandibular angles. From the photos, your cheeks are flat anteriorly (in the front) and the mandibular angles are weak. The following procedures would create a more ruggedly handsome face.Cheek augmentation with cheek implants to add angularity to the cheeks and mid face. This would be combined with liposuction to reduce the excess facial fat to further define the cheek shape.Augmentation of the mandibular angles using a dermal filler (jaw implants have too many unwanted side effects IMHO) to add volume, angularity and flare to the jaw line.Hope this helps

It's difficult to say without the benefit of a formal evaluation. This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. See an expert who does facial shaping with surgical and non surgical methods to get a comprehensive option. Best, Dr. Emer.
Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Botox and radiofrequency can help slim and contour the jawline. Liposuction can help slim the face. Ultherapy, J Plasma and RF treatments c...
