There are options in addressing post-treatment bruising like yours, including topical products and laser devices. I advise you to schedule a follow-up visit with the doctor that performed your procedure for further assessment and possible treatment recommendations. 

I recommend following up with your Dr. to discuss aftercare. With extensive bruising is the possibility of haemosiderin staining which can persist for a few weeks, but can be improved with lasers and vitamin C pills/topical. Best, Dr. Emer

Hi. Whilst this will settle in few days you can use arnica cream which you can discuss with your dermatologist.
