Dr frias has preformed 3 treatments of lip filler using juvaderm. Just by have something as simple as lip filler my confidence has increased so much. I could not recommend him highly enough. Thank you Lucy
I was dr Firas patient and wanted microneedling for my and scars . I’m Asian skin tone and wanted to continue my treatment which I had started with a previous doctor on a 2mm dermaroller . Dr Firas accommodated my request and special had it ordered for me . He was very professional and excellent treatment . I initially wasn’t so happy with the results but knew it would take time to really show. After 6 months and 3 treatments , I’m quite happy with he results . My skin isn’t perfect but skin has evened out better than before . I have no hesitation in recommending him .
I had a scar in my face since I was 2 years old. I did two co2 laser treatments with Dr. Alniaimi and I am so happy with the result. The scar now is made much better. I would highly recommend Dr. Alniaimi. He is honest and super smart professional. He and his staff are very friendly and make me feel very comfortable.
I am currently Dr Al-Niaimi's patient and have been so for the last three years or so. The treatments I have received include fillers and botox. My view, based on my experience, is that Dr Al-Niaimi's is an excellent doctor who is very skilled and to date I have never had a poor treatment. The results are always very positive and the Doctor himself explains the treatment, what to expect and the results before I undergo any procedure.
Fantastic experience, Dr Al-Niaimi is thorough, approachable and very understanding of any and all concerns. He has been doing my botox injections for the last 2 years, always makes it look natural and is a highly empathetic doctor. I would highly recommend him.
I’ve written a review of skin boosters on realself and all my background information is on there so I won’t repeat all of it . Basically I’ve had acne scars since I was a teenager and tried peels and numerous fraxel laser treatments which didn’t help . On the advice of a dermatologist I had fully ablative erbium laser resurfacing in 2014. After a long healing process I ended up with a noticeable improvement. I still wasn’t happy with my skin so started having restylane skin boosters which I definitely recommend. However, in certain lighting my scars still made me very self conscious . I had vowed never to have another laser resurfacing but I met Dr Firas while having an unrelated treatment and found out he was an expert in treating acne scars . The co2 laser was something I hadn’t tried so I decided to book it up . It was carried out on the 4th of June and called total fx consisting of deep fx and active fx . The deep fx part wasn’t painful but the active fx was only just tolerable. I was offered anaesthetic injections but I had these during the erbium treatment and they were excruciating so I opted to deal with the pain . I do hope Dr Firas was able to go as deep as was necessary. I didn’t think to ask as I was so glad it was over !. My face looks nowhere near as bad as it did after the erbium so I’m hoping this isn’t a bad sign . I will post an update at 6 weeks as improvement can’t be judged before then and can take up to 6 months. I’ve taken before photos ( and will take after photos ) in different lighting so you can see what I mean about how the light and angle affect how bad the scars look. If you are new to looking for acne scar treatments please be wary of photos showing a dramatic improvement that clearly aren’t taken in the same lighting. Updated on 7 Jun 2018: Before photos taken in different lighting Updated on 7 Jun 2018: Updated on 11 Jun 2018: It’s now day 8 and I’m nearly healed. There are 3 areas on my left cheek that are a bit red and sore and some small lines on my right cheek which I think are from the grids of the laser . I will be going back to my usual skin care routine probably Wednesday. Will post some after photos in 5 weeks as today is way too soon to judge any improvement. Updated on 4 Aug 2018: I wanted to update in case anyone is interested!. I’d say my right cheek has definitely improved , I only have 3 what I’d class as ‘proper scars ‘ now . The left side (which has always been worse) hasn’t shown the same level of improvement unfortunately. In my before photos I was wearing make up but I’m actually struggling to wear it lately as my skin is quite dry and looks worse with it on. I’ve taken photos without make up but as I’ve caught the sun ( yes I know sunbathing is bad for me !) it’s actually hard to see the scars even though on the right side they are most definitely still there . I will try and take some photos in the same lighting when my skin is less dry !. Updated on 4 Aug 2018: This is ( quite obviously !) with no make up . Updated on 28 Aug 2018: I think the improvement I saw was down to sunbathing and my skin tone looking more even if that makes sense ...I caught sight of myself under harsh lighting yesterday and all the scars are still there!. I’m at a loss as to what to try now. I’ve had positive experiences with fillers ( although my scars still bothered me ) so I’m wondering if going to Dr Firas for fillers & subcision might be the next step . Right now I feel as though I wasted £1000 and wouldn’t recommend the treatment.
Dr. Firas Al-Niaimi creates unique, tailored, natural, youthful and excellent results every time. He has the skill to determine exactly what you need, considering the results you are looking for and considering your personal preferences. Keeps me coming back, year after year, regardless of which country I'm currently living in.
I can't express how lovely Dr Firas was. He made me feel completely relaxed even though I was extremely nervous. Firstly I had botox in my armpits because I have over active glands. This is by far the best thing I have ever done. It had got to the point where I was wearing black tshirts everyday because of sweat patches. I wore a normal coloured tshirt to the marathon yesterday and I sweated like a completely normal person! I will defo be getting this done regularly. The pain was literally non existent for this. Secondly I had a non surgical nose job so Dr Firas put some filler at the top of my nose to make my nose appear straighter which scarily worked straight away. You can actually see the change as it happens. So clever. Thirdly I had a little bit of filler in my lips. I have quite normal lips but just wanted them to still remain very normal but a little bigger. Again with this you see the results pretty much straight away. The day after they appeared slightly swollen but I wasn't bruised at all like I know some friends have been from their own experience of lip fillers. Second day after it was totally normal again. In fact I have even seen my Mum, Sister and some friends over the weekend and they have all said you look so good lately?! haha. My Mum even looked at me and said you look very handsome but none of them have picked up on the work I have had done. I wanted it to be minimal and just to enhance what I already have. So thank you so much Dr Firas because it has done exactly that! I will defo be back and I will defo be recommending Dr Firas to friends and family!
I have visited Doctor Firas for 5 years and have always been happy with treatments he has done on me. So far he has done my Botox in forehead and jaw, filler in my lips, removed 2 birthmarks by laser and lasered a scar on my forehead. I have converted all my friends and family to see him as I couldn't trust anyone else. Friendly and down to earth he has always made me feel so at ease.
Dr. Firas is first class. He always puts me completely at ease before any treatment and the results have always been nothing short of excellent. Would recommend him to anyone. The fact that he is asked to speak at seminars abroad where the latest treatments are discussed speaks for itself.
Hi. Your condition will be classified as prolonged post ablation erythema which in some cases indicates an ongoing low level of inflammation. My advice will be to use an anti-inflammatory topical soothing and redness relief serum such as phytocorrector from skinceuticals plus a series of vascular laser such as VBeam or Excel V or even microsecond pulse Nd:YAG plus some recovery serum containing growth factors such as essential serum from skin medica.
Hi. Whilst this will settle in few days you can use arnica cream which you can discuss with your dermatologist.
I agree. This wavelength is absorbed by tissue water and not the hair follicles and it should not cause any longterm damage to the hair follicles.
This is now a generally a practice that is discouraged for sterility reasons. You do have however half syringes such as volift retouch (Allergan) that can serve for such purposes.
Please do not worry. Sometimes you can have a bit of swelling and weakness that leads to this puffiness as fluid accumulates. This will settle in a while. It is possible that too much was injected a bit too low.
