I tried the Vbeam three times and all the treatments were ineffective using 11ms and 10ms. I thought that the bigger the vessel the higher the ms setting must be, but the capillaries are still there. My doctor doesn't want to use more aggressive settings because I have a very white skin, but just a very white skin can be the reason to keep the settings that high (the doc mentioned nothing else)? 11ms and 10 seem very mild. What is the lowest settings that could be considered safe for most skins?
