Exilis or SculpSure for small amount of fat around armpit (front and back)?

For the area that you describe, Sculpsure (2-3 treatments) should work very well. While there are more direct and invasive approaches such as liposuction, the risks and downtime of those are significant. Since you say you are in good shape and active, I would use something non-invasive such as Sculpsure to get that area reduced.
