I'm 13 days post op and I'm scared I might have fat necrosis. I went for another follow up today and my surgeon said that it didn't look infected, but he prescribed me antibiotics again just to be safe. He said to use warm towels and massage my butt cheeks. I'm really worried. I don't have fever and the lumps just feel hard and a little warm.
