The idea with a buttlift surgery is not to simply produce a "large booty". The main approach is to reshape the lower back, flanks and the buttocks in such a way that the final result is that of a well shaped, and balanced, buttocks. Fat transfer is done strategically to the parts of the buttocks that need reshaping, and liposuctions is used in the areas like the lower back and flanks which need to have less volume to best complement and enhance the buttocks. Generally body shaping procedures address relative proportions to achieve a move favorable appearance. A small amount of fat grafting combined with some liposuction can address the unfavorable shape without resulting in a butt that is too big for the patient's goals.  Based purely upon your photo and body type, most of the enhancement of your buttock will actually come from contouring of the surrounding areas such as sculpting of the waistline, love handles and saddle bags with liposuction.   By providing a more curvey frame around your buttock, it will appear "reshaped" and perky.  To further enhance the side profile of your buttock, you may also want to consider a tastefully sized buttock implant to give you that desirable curvature (or sway) from the lower back onto the buttock.  Glad to help.
