Hello dr, i decide to try PRP tx after not happy with the result of laser tx to reduce my acne scars. During the first week, skin become reddish, 2nd week it turn into pink colour. And now after 3rd week, my face become darker, itchy & present with multiple large dark spots all over my face. My doctor told me to scrub .but it making my skin more itchy. Dear dr, is there any solution and topical cream that i can apply to make my dark spots disappear faster ? :(

These spots can be improved with a combination of Cosmelan, lasers, Aerolase, microneedling/prp, skin lightening, peels, and skin care. Sun protection is essential. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Yes! There is a FABULOUS treatment that works great and relatively quickly.   the cream is Melenage Cream with Arbutase LC, compounded by Young Pharmaceuticals in Wethersfield, Connecticut.  You will likely see the brown spots lightening up in 1-2 weeks, with clear skin likely in 2 months if you use it twice daily on clean, dry skin and use sunscreen (with zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide) after applying the Melanage cream in the daytime.
Sometimes a series of chemical peels can be done, but to do it most safely, treat the skin with the Melanage cream a couple months before the first peel....and use good sunscreen!
