Unlike the Vampire Facial which involves microneedling the skin, the Vampire Facial only breaks the skin where the injections are given. I would wait 24 hours before exercise or hot yoga. If you have swelling, you might want to wait longer because hot yoga or exercise make make the swelling worse.
