I recommend continued hyaluronidase injections and oral prednisone taper starting at 1mg per kg/ day over 10- 12 days.
Thank you for your question. You likely need multiple sessions of high dose hyaluronidase. I recently have treated effectively a patient from another clinic who had a similar reaction. Prednisone may be added to the antibiotics. I recommend seeing an expert in your area. All the best, Dr.Michon
What you have described is quite rare as far as I can tell from searching the literature and talking to the companies. The only thing that you can do to reduce the lines is make sure that you are on tretinoin (Retin-A) and Obagi ELASTIderm to stimulate collagen and elastin to, over time, eliminate or reduce the lines. Hi @Veen Bole! I am sorry you are not happy with the results of your lip filler. Hyaluronic acid facial filler products can be dissolved by hyaluronidase injections.
Tingling immediately following lip injections is very common, but tingling for months afterward is not. I suggest scheduling a follow-up appointment with the doctor that performed the initial procedure for a full assessment. Good luck to you!
I'm sorry you are unhappy with your filler treatment. The result you are seeing is likely from injector technique. You can elect to have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase if you do not wish for it to wear away gradually.
It should be fine for you to proceed with your Juvederm treatment. It is important for you to discuss your medical history and all medications that you take with your injector prior to treatment.
Hello and thank you for your question. We would always recommend a face to face consult and in this case its vital you contact your injector and have an assessment with them. This could be normal or it could be something more serious that needs intervention. We hope that answers your question....
