Had fillers in cheeks and under eyes one side numb from under eye to mouth numb then severe pain at nite time injector said she could have hit a nerve or the filler could be pressing on the nerve please help the pain is bad

It does sound as if the filler is either pressing on the nerve or the nerve could have been injured but most times if a needle touches the nerve you would feel a shock pain immediately.It is important to find what filler was used. Radiesse can not be reversed but all the hyaluronic acid fillers can ( voluma, juvederm, restylane family ) If they used hyaluronic acid have the injector use hyaluronidase to dissolve the filler and see if your numbness resolves. I would do the sooner to decrease the amount of time the nerve is being compressed Best of luck.

It is possible that a nerve was traumatized or is being impinged upon by the filler, a known risk of facial fillers.  If there is palpable filler near the nerve foramen HA fillers might be reversed with hyaluronidase.  If the nerve was traumatized by the needle, it may take time for it to heal.  If the injection was recent, icing the area might reduce the local swelling, and medications like prednisone might be helpful to reduce inflammation around the nerve.  If the pain persists, medications like neurontin could be considered.
