Will alcohol (beers) affect Botox and filler?

I have a jawline botox and chin filler last Thursday. The staff at the clinic told me that Alcohol will make the botox and filler gone so quick. Is it true? How much can I consume to make sure that it will not effect? And I plan to have a baby, do I need to wait 3-4 months after botox?
