5 days post FUE op, I have scabs and crust. Should I be rubbing it gently while washing it or will it fall off on its own?

Hello. I am at 5th day post fue op, i have scabs and crust all over wanted to know how to wash and get the crusts and scabs out soon, i am using baby sampoo i just mix som sampoo with water and spray all over the planted area and then wash it off by spraying tap water, it gets cleaned and grafts are not disturbed physically, but its not helping scabs and crust to fall off, very scared to touch and disturb them.
