Is it okay to use shea butter cream on native hair after a FUE transplant?

I had a non shave fue transplant three days ago. Is it okay to use sheabutter cream on the native hair that is i front of the transplanted hair? It is fat, not any chemicals? Or can it cause harm, and if so, how could it cause harm?
