I had a beard transplant before 12 days , FUT . All the crusts removed. But still planted hair is not falling out .1) Lite black color all over the transplanted area. Is that normal ..?? 2) At chin part , I observed small pimples/bumps with pale whitish color, from which the transplanted hair is visible can I press the bumps slowly . Are they normal..?? 3) Can I trim the planted hair with a scissors to have a public presence at this stage....?? Thanks

Answer: If you are having issues after surgery, especially with "redness" you should contact your doctor.
That should be fine to do at 10 days, but consult with your doctor. Excessively dry skin is unusual and your doctor should know about it. Plus, they may be able to suggest something to help relieve the dryness for you.
Each surgeon has his own opinion and style. You do not need a huge amount of grafts. Please consult with different surgeons and after you will get your own opinion about how many grafts will be needed to fill in that part.
Family history is likely what is causing this, which means there's nothing you can really do except consider a transplant if you want to be able to grow more facial hair.
