Piercings are nowadays very common and most plastics surgeons recommend they be taken out before surgery, or during surgery. They are easy to replace after a few months. The real question is who should you go to to get a Brazilian butt lift.  Choose a board certified plastic surgeon who operates at a certified facility and does a ton of Brazilian butt lift and you will be in good hands. The piercings may interfere with lipo in that specific area, but usually they are superficial enough to not interfere. Review with your surgeon.
