I've had my lower back dimples pierced for about four years now. Can I have a BBL with my dermos? (Photos)

Recently I have decided to go forward with my plan to get a bbl. However I was told that my dermos (back piercing) would be a problem since they are directly attached to my skin. Would I be able to get a bbl with my dermos intact?
