Mons Pubis Liposuction cost?

Ever since I was born I have had a large mons pubis. I am now 19, and have felt overwhelmingly embarrassed since I first became self aware and how different mine looked, around the age of 6. That means for the past 13 years I have been tormented by my appearance and am tired of not being able to wear anything but baggy garments. I just need it to look like a normal flat one and not like I have a mans genitals. I would be paying so how much is it generally in Maryland or PA?
