Can you have liposuction if you have Primary Biliary Cholangitis?

PBC is not in and of itself a contraindication for cosmetic surgery. As long as your medical doctor and GI doctor both feel that you are healthy enough for cosmetic surgery, you can get liposuction.  
The best way to determine if this is the right procedure for you is to visit a board certified plastic surgeon who can examine you and help you decide what needs to be done to achieve your cosmetic goals.

Great question. You will need a medical clearance from your specialist. A clearance that states you are cleared to undergo a cosmetic surgical procedure. Once obtained, please visit a board certified plastic surgeon for a detailed surgical plan to achieve your desired results.

As long as you're cleared by your primary care doctor and/or specialist, you should be fine getting liposuction.  This is true for many patients who have existing medical issues who desire cosmetic surgery.  Make sure you're going to a board certified plastic surgeon for your liposuction to ensure safe and reliable results from the cosmetic procedure(s) that you desire.
