I had lipo on my thighs, hips and calves three years ago and a thigh and butt lift one year ago. A lot of skin was removed, but I still have sagging skin in some areas. Like many people, I desperately want the skin to tone and tighten. Can I achieve this goal through lifting weights and strength training? I'm focused on eating healthy and doing cardio to maintain/lose weight. What are my options? I am a size 8/10.
