Can my front teeth be saved? Hopefully other then extraction or dentures. (photos)

Tooth can be saved simply by cleaning the cavities properly to create space for the filling but in your case larger part of the tooth is decayed which means you need extraction.

Saving your teeth will first require your commitment.  Make a decision to do it.  Then run to your dentist.  Don't wait, wobble or walk.  Get there.  The longer you put it off, the less chance you will have of saving the rest of your teeth.  Get to a dentist ASAP!  Yes you will need that one broken off at the gumline taken out. The rest look save-able!  Here is a tip: If you don't like what one dentist says, go to another.  Get 2-3 opinions on saving your teeth.
