I was just wondering what is going on with my teeth. I'm starting to get sharp / numb pains around my tooth and it feels kind of loose. Can anyone help me? I use to smoke a lot and I drink a lot of coffee and soda.

Thanks for posting the pictures. You have tremendous buildup on your teeth, periodontal disease and decay. I'm not sure if the tooth will need to come out but the longer you wait the greater the chances of this happening. You REALLY need to go to a dentist ASAP.

You situation is called gum disease - severe and you also have large cavities forming because of this.  You will definitely want to consult a dentist to get this treated.
