A the other dentists have commented that the best and strongest solution is to replace the broken bridge.That said, there are ways to repair with bonded composite, bonded porcelain, or a clam shell metal ceramic crown that goes over the metal framework of your bridge. With any fracture or failure it is important to diagnoses and assess what caused the original to break so as to hopefully prevent the same from occurring yet again.See an experienced dentist that can consider and discuss all of these options with you.Good luck!

Hi,I'm sorry to hear about your bridge. Unfortunately it is not possible to repair the bridge in the mouth predictably. More detailed pictures as well as x-rayswould give us a more in depth understanding of what is going on in your mouth.Typically, a broken bridge cannot be repaired and thus would need to be removed and, if possible, a new bridge fabricated and installed.
