Hello, I am looking to get a filler to treat tissue loss due to steroid injections. I had the steroid injection done intraorally and noticed these dents shortly after. My surgeon told me it is likely due to that, as they were not present at all prior. Can a filler such as Juvederm Voluma fill this area and restore it to the way it was before? How much do you think will need to be used?

Answer: Filler injections This is a common area to receive fillers and almost any king of hyaluronic acid filler will work. Another option is fat injections using your own fat. I actually prefer fat in many cases and some patients retain the fat indefinitely. Good luck

Restylane, Restylane Lyft and Radiesse are a few of our favorites. They have different prices and different durations but all can add the type of volume you are looking for. When it comes to the amount necessary to achieve the desired outcome, it looks like at least 1 syringe each side but could be more and should be determined in person.
