Can a doctor lower, make the forehead and face look smaller and hairline rounder? Will it help overall appearance of the face?

I'm asking cuss I'm looking for a doctor to talk to what to do about my weird shaped hairline that has gotten higher and square and not round like I would like it to be. It also seems to make my face look longer and forehead larger as well. My hairline also makes it so that when I put my hair over my ears it looks really bad from how my hairline is shaped and just looks bad overall for my face so I keep it tucked behind my ears and balding when pulled back. I'm female and 20 btw. Thank you

Like all cosmetic surgery, how "natural" this may look depend on the artistry of the surgeon.
