What are some ways to make my head look smaller if I were to go bald?

My hairline is receding and I already have a huge head even with my full head of hair. Is there a cosmetic surgery that can make my head look smaller. For instance, hairline lowering? Facial Feminization Surgery? I don't want my head to look huge.
