What are some ways to make my head look smaller if I were to go bald?

My hairline is receding and I already have a huge head even with my full head of hair. Is there a cosmetic surgery that can make my head look smaller. For instance, hairline lowering? Facial Feminization Surgery? I don't want my head to look huge.

I have measured scalp laxity as exercises were done 30 minutes a day for 3 months. This was for the back of the scalp but I would imagine the same would apply to the frontal scalp. Measurable differences were seen after 3 months.

The scar you have that now shows, is the result of hairloss from the surgery, a non oncommon happening after any facial or hairline surgery. The way that you fix this is to have a hair transplant which will cover the entire scar.
