What are some ways to make my head look smaller if I were to go bald?

My hairline is receding and I already have a huge head even with my full head of hair. Is there a cosmetic surgery that can make my head look smaller. For instance, hairline lowering? Facial Feminization Surgery? I don't want my head to look huge.

It is best to discuss your pre-op questions with your doctor.  Scalp exercises may or may not help because it all depends on your particular case on what is the operative plan.  There is no blanket answer of yes or no.

It is best to contact your doctor about post operative care and instructions since each doctor has a different regimen.  Hair loss after such surgery is a risk.  It may take several months for the hair to grow back.
