I am having a scalp advancement/forehead reduction in a few weeks and I'm wondering if doing scalp exercises to increase flexibility of the skin can improve the effectiveness of a scalp advancement (forehead reduction). I want to make sure the surgeon can lower the hairline as much as they can since I have a relatively high hairline.
