Adding volume with a chin implant to the a "golf ball chin" may not be beneficial. Removing excess tissue might be a better option. Botox can be used for some patients in this area too. Might use Juvederm filler for creases. As for chin musculofibro fstty tissue, might try injection lipolysis and Botox... 

You have excess chin pad tissue that is not going to be improved by any form of chin augmentation. Based on your current horizontal chin position, further projection would not be beneficial. You need a chin pad debunking done from a submittal approach. This will decrease the excessive chin projection you now have and will soften the ball-like appearance to it.

In my opinion, the chin implant is not an option here. Sliding genioplasty will not make your chin more pointy. SG can be designed in a way to enhance your appearance. Please contact a specialist for a full evaluation.
