My chin is a little round ball there is a circular crease around it when I smile. The golf ball appearance is lessened when Im not smiling. I'm wondering if I need a chin implant to make my chin wider and less ball-like. I've also heard of sliding genioastu, but I'm concerned that my chin will be too narrow and pointy.
