Closed mouth sneezes 11 weeks after rhinoplasty. Can it change the nose bones' direction?

There really is no problem with sneezing even a week or so after rhinoplasty. Within fracturing the nasal bones get very strong in a few days. By 11 weeks there's really nothing to worry about.

Thanks for your question. This far out, I don't think you'd risk damaging anything by sneezing with your mouth shut. As you know, we encourage open mouth breathing because closed mouth will cause pressure increases inside of the nose. This can be uncomfortable and cause bleeding. This far out from your surgery, the bones have no doubt healed to a point where it would be very hard to move them without additional surgery. If you have any doubt, please feel free to visit with a surgeon that is convenient to your location.
