I had surgery of Feburary 1, 2016. During the first week i noticed my belly button had heavy narcotic tissue on it. The doctor order a cream to help with healing and at 2 weeks the narcotic tissue fell off in the dressing. Since then i have noticed my belly button nothhealing and a yellow and pink color inside it. There is yellow drainage on the dressing when i remove them 1x a day. I clean it with alcohol and continue to use the Fitoestimulina cream on the belly button. Should i be worried?

Judging by your description and the image you posted, it looks like you’ll need
to schedule a personal appointment with your board-certified plastic surgeon as
soon as possible. Your belly button does not look normal, but your doctor will
be able to help you out.

It appears that you have partial necrosis of your belly button.   This usually happens due to poor blood supply. This is very common in smokers, but can happen in anyone.   It sounds like you're making progress.   There does not appear to be any infection.   The best thing to do is continue following up with your surgeon.  I would recommend stopping the alcohol as alcohol not only kills bacteria, but it can also kill the cells that your body is making to try to heal the wound.  DiscoverTheBeauty.com

The appearance of your bellybutton is not normal. Some of the tissue did not survive.  I'm not familiar with this medication because it does not appear to be sold in the US. You need to follow up with the surgeon in person.

You are correct, in that your umbilical stalk has some necrosis and needs to be seen by your plastic surgeon.  The area will likely need some debridement and should likely heal with your surgeons care.
