Are there non surgical treatment options for my neck? My face doesn’t have nearly as many wrinkles and my neck is aging me. Curious what my options are.
Answer: Non surgical neck lift From the photo you will have the best result from a neck lift with laser resurfacing to improve texture. If you are only considering non surgical options you may have improvement with FaceTite. This minimally invasive procedure does not require general anesthesia to tighten skin. Results can be enhanced by adding Morpheus8 treatments to address overall skin tone and texture. We also recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.

Answer: Options for NonSurgical Necklift Thanks for your question. To tighten and smooth skin of the neck in general you should be looking at 'energy-based' procedures as these produce the best and longest lasting results. Consider a procedure such as 'EmbraceRF'- this is a combination of Morpheus8 plus FaceTite (another treatment done off of the same platform as the Morpheus8). There is some downtime with this but it is very effective. If you need a 'no downtime' approach that will require more treatment sessions, consider Sofwave. Some will consider non-energy-based procedures, such as hyperdilute Radiesse or Sculptra injectables- but in my many years of experience these can be helpful for some smoothing but generally do NOT tighten to anyone's satisfaction. I hope that helps.

Answer: These lines can be addressed by doing morpheus8 and botox. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Non-Surgical Options for Neck Rejuvenation Thank you for your question. The neck can often show signs of aging sooner than the face, but there are a variety of effective non-surgical options available to address your concerns. Based on the photo, your neck could benefit from treatments designed to tighten and smooth the skin, as well as stimulate collagen production. One option to consider is Accent Prime, a treatment that combines radiofrequency and ultrasound to tighten the skin and stimulate collagen production. This is a non-invasive procedure with no downtime, and it’s particularly effective for improving skin laxity and texture on the neck. Over a series of sessions, Accent Prime can give you a firmer and smoother appearance. For an approach that combines skin tightening and rejuvenation, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) injections are an excellent choice. PRP uses your body’s own growth factors to stimulate collagen and elastin, enhancing the quality and elasticity of the skin over time. This treatment works well in conjunction with other therapies. Another minimally invasive solution is the Silhouette InstaLift thread lift, which can offer subtle lifting and support to sagging neck skin. The threads also stimulate natural collagen production, providing long-term benefits. Finally, we emphasize the importance of preventative care, including daily use of medical-grade skincare products like retinoids and moisturizers, as well as sunscreen to protect against further damage. The right treatment depends on your specific anatomy, skin type, and goals. A consultation with a skilled practitioner can help you determine the best combination of therapies to achieve a natural and rejuvenated look. You’re on the right path, and non-surgical options can absolutely provide excellent results for your concerns.
