Hi. About two months ago I received kenalog injections under my eye to remove filler. I also received a micro needling treatment that went too deep. As my skin started to heal I noticed a hard, yellow lump under the skin near my eye. The skin under my eye is also thin now, and you can see the lump right through the skin. Could this lump be caused by the kenalog or the micro needling? It hasn’t gotten smaller. I’m at a loss.
