I have confirmed Grade 2 ptosis, measuring a 36C (bra...A cup tissue wise). I am 5'6", 115 lbs, with broad chest and shoulders. I used to be a 36DD naturally. I have selected my board certified PS, who is very well reviewed. After a consult, we came to the conclusion that I would need 650cc implants as well as a full lift to achieve my desired results. Upon further research, it seems large implants cause problems. What can I expect issue wise? (Ive included photos of my desired results)
