Neck lift revision - what should be addressed? (Photos)

From the attached images it appears that you have an element of cobra neck deformity , this happens when the platysma muscle is no longer connected in the midline ( either it was never brought together or the sutures broke or cut through the muscle) and when too much deep fat was taken out or lost. you also have some loose skin , those will be the major issues to be addressed in your revision surgery , there are some shadows below the mandible that might be ptotic glands but i cannot say for sure without an exam , those can also be addressed during a revision .your face is not showing in the pictures but if your having lower face droop or jowling you might want to consider coupling your neck lift with a facelift.I hope this helps, best of luck!

The things that need to be addressed are the central over-resection of fat and the exposed submandibular glands.
Assuming your plastic surgeon is comfortable working on submandibular glands, because many of us are not, one would want to correct the hollow in the midline under the chin by repairing the platysma to get a flat floor of muscle between the glands, and removing part of the glands which are quite visible.
Some fat grafting under the chin might also be necessary.
