I am due to go on a long haul flight / holiday uk to China , sightseeing / touring 9 weeks post op , my surgeon says it should be fine if no complications arise . I am healthy , 49 , 5'7" tall , 140 lbs , none smoker .

There are several things that can be done to try and get your breast reduction approved by your insurance. One of them is to submit photos to show the position of the nipples as well as the shoulder grooves or any dermatologic problems.
I have performed a number of breast reductions and have not seen this. It is often after surgery from breast cancer. Nonetheless, you should consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.Best of luck!Dr. Urmen Desai
Congratulations on your successful pregnancy. There are no absolute rules when it comes to breasts reaching their "steady-state" after pregnancy. My best advice: achieve your long-term stable weight; it is likely that at that point that your breasts will have reached their steady-state as well....
