124lb, 5'7, how I can potentially fill in hip dips? (Photos)

Question

Bringing balance into inverted triangle body shape - I'm 124 lb and 5'7 for reference and I'd like to know how I can potentially fill in hip dips or have the appearance of wider hips with surgery . What would my options be?

Excellent question. You’re actually a good patient for a BBL…  if You understand your limitations. You do not have a lot of fat for dramatic results but you probably have enough fat to make your silhouette curvier.  Liposuction on stomach, waist, and maybe even inner thighs should yield enough fat for fat transfer to the hips. 360 lipo with bbl to hips will give you a smaller waist and torso with wider hips for sure. It might not be dramatic but the hips to waist ratio will improve and it will make a difference! 
In any case, gaining a bit of weight before surgery and keeping it after surgery will give you even better results.

Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for a skinny BBL. The Skinny BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. In addition, if you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be performed in many other areas of the body for fat transfer to the buttocks, such as the upper arms and chin. Depending on your desired results, you may be asked to gain some weight. That said, the fat that is liposuctioned is injected into the buttocks and hips to give you projection and curves. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure your surgeon you choose has extensive experience with Skinny BBLs and clean credentials. Thank you for your question and pics.  Unfortunately, when you are as skinny as you, there aren't any Great options.  Gaining a few pounds may help.  Your current weight puts you into the low normal BMI range. 19.4.  Normal range is from 18.5 to 25.   Gaining weight will do 2 things.  1. It'll probably fill in your hip dips some. 2. It'll provide additional fat somewhere that can be removed and transferred to your hip dips.

Your pictures are insufficient to make a quality assessment.
We really need to see pictures from behind without wearing undergarments to change your body contour.
Most likely Liposuction by itself, the love handles can give you an ask the appearance of hip tips.
Adding fat transfer can help hyper feminize further.
delivering consistent quality, liposuction, and or fat results is more difficult than most people realize.
The number of plastic surgeons who approach these procedures is in reality quite small.
I urge patient to be more selective than they think is necessary and have multiple in person consultations before considering selecting a provider or scheduling permanent irreversible contouring procedures.
Bring pictures of your body taken the same way plastic surgeons take before and after pictures and use these pictures as reference during the consultation.
During each consultation, ask each provider to open up their portfolio and show you their entire collection of before and after pictures of previous patients who had similar body characteristics to your own.
 Highly experienced surgeons should have access to hundreds or preferably before, and after pictures to choose from.
Being shown just a handful of pre-selected images representing only the best results of a provider career may be insufficient to get a clear understanding of what results look like in the hands of each provider, what your results are likely to look like or how many of these procedures that surgeon has actually done.
When in doubt, slow down and schedule more consultations.
Poorly done Liposuction can potentially leave people permanently disfigured.
Being board-certified in plastic surgery is not a guarantee that somebody is competent in these procedures.
