After fat transposition to your lips there is nothing you can do to prevent the normal absorption of some of the fat. Having done this for more than 35 years I can say that the amount of fat that will remain will not be affected by normal activity including eating kissing etc.

Unfortunately, it's hard to reverse the effects of  fat transfer especially be so long after your treatment. Please return to your surgeon to discuss a revision. Liposuction, additional fat added, or injectable fillers may help.
